Exergenics was founded in 2019 to address the need for a data-driven approach to the tuning and optimisation of chilled water systems.

Exergenics is the world's first cloud-based chilled water plant optimisation software. By leveraging existing historical building data our machine learning, simulation and optimisation algorithms are able to generate low payback, high value insights to drive improved system performance, without the hassle of a black box. Our API-first approach allows us to partner with service providers in the HVAC ecosystem, working collaboratively to fight climate change by improving the sustainability of the built environment.

Key Account Manager- Full-time

Role Description

As Key Account Manager at Exergenics, you will bridge client needs and challenges with our engineering/delivery teams by taking the lead on customer onboarding, customer success, retention and growth. This role will rely on your technical acumen, and stakeholder management skills in order to make sure our clients are maximising the potential of our technology, and to identify opportunities for future R&D based on client needs.


Responsibilities

  • Facilitate the onboarding of new accounts, and training of key client personnel.
  • Drive client retention by delivering a seamless customer experience, and ensuring any client pain points are addressed.
  • Nurture key client relationships
  • Track and report on account progress, and client performance
  • Identify, initiate, and lead upsell opportunities
  • Aid in the creation of proposal, profiles, case-studies or other documentation required in the sales or onboarding process
  • Identify strategic alignment opportunities between Exergenics, its partners, and clients.
  • Liaise with product and engineering teams to share feedback and contribute to the continuing improvement of Exergenics’ solutions
  • Create awareness of key market developments within the company

About You & Your Experience

  • Exceptional interpersonal and stakeholder management skills
  • Advanced written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong project management and team coordination skills
  • Ability to manage competing priorities and work under uncertainty
  • Building sustainability and optimisation knowledge
  • At least five years of experience in the Building Services sector
