Exergenics is the world's first cloud-based chilled water plant optimisation software. By leveraging existing historical building data our machine learning, simulation and optimisation algorithms are able to generate low payback, high value insights to drive improved system performance, without the hassle of a black box. Our API-first approach allows us to partner with service providers in the HVAC ecosystem, working collaboratively to fight climate change by improving the sustainability of the built environment.

Role Description
As Key Account Manager at Exergenics, you will bridge client needs and challenges with our engineering/delivery teams by taking the lead on customer onboarding, customer success, retention and growth. This role will rely on your technical acumen, and stakeholder management skills in order to make sure our clients are maximising the potential of our technology, and to identify opportunities for future R&D based on client needs.
